Flip a House Wiki is built by the community, for the community. Our goal is to keep the best information about cleaning order, buyer offers, gear levels, property tiers and furniture placement in one place that everyone can use.
Because the game is patched frequently, our editors re-check unlock levels, tool names and offer behavior after each update. We mark community-reported data clearly and avoid inventing numbers where the developer has not published any.
About Flip a House
Flip a House is a Roblox renovation simulator from the studio Increates. You take over a run-down property, empty it of junk, vacuum and scrub every surface, furnish the rooms, and sell to whichever buyer bids highest before moving on to a pricier listing.
